The Four Programs, designed for your needs, available within the “Dinta Destiny” Challenges are:
• Empowering You
• Performance Enhancement
• Process Mapping to Rehabilitation
• Youth Programs
The Dinta Destiny Challenges identify closely to Client’s needs and make a quality contribution to Happiness and Well-Being ie;- helping you to “Take Charge of your Life”.
In the words of Dr William Glasser;- “We choose the behaviours that will get us what we want without destroying the relationships that we value”.
The “Empowering You” Program, assists the client to identify a pathway where they can have an effective control of the important aspects of their Life. In the “fast forward” society that we live in today, young people are overwhelmed and find a great deal of difficulty perfecting the “art” of developing relationships – particularly long-lasting relationships. The “Empowering You” Program, outlines the components of Total Behaviour, and the elements of the Five Basic Needs. The “Who Gives a R.A.T.S.S.!!??….. and Why??, presentation, deals with the “Love & Belonging” element, and looks at what each partner can “Bring to the Table”, and identifying what essentials are necessary to contribute to a successful relationship.
The “Performance Enhancement” Program, assists the client to remain Focused through times of difficult decisions. Performance Appraisal seems to be an on-going requirement in this decade, in the work place, educational facility, and sporting field. Sometimes this assessment profile is hard to comprehend, particularly if an individual has been reared in an environment, where they have never had to face failure or rejection. Keeping focus without emotional organisation under those circumstances becomes increasingly difficult. Likewise keeping focused in a demanding job or representative Sporting Commitment, is equally unsettling. Identifying Total Behaviour components, and the Five Basic Needs, the Program covers the effects of Creative Behaviour, and the 3 M’s of Motivation.
“Process Mapping to Rehabilitation” assists the client, to prepare a plan, as they find their “way home” following a devastating emotional experience of Vicarious Trauma. This has been a very successful Program, particularly in the management of Addictions, but it can be very intense. The Program can run for 1 or 2 modules of 10 sessions each. The Program follows step by step modules necessary to work on the behaviour necessary to implement an effective Plan to Rehabilitation. The Plan emphasises the 3 R’s of Reality Therapy, (Is the Plan Realistic; Is it Responsible; and Is it within the Rules??). We are all defined by Rules and Boundaries, and if we want to change the Rules, we need to identify if the boundaries are Negotiable, or Not Negotiable. Emphasis in this Program defines the importance of the 3 M’s of Motivation, and remaining focused on “The Plan”.
Youth Programs are available to assist young people put together a Program of Plans and Goals. Clients themselves put together their own Portfolio labelled “Cameos for Life”. Presentations are tailored to the age of the group participants, and their individual needs. Achievable Goals are identified, and the Components of Total Behaviour, the Elements of the Five Basic Needs and the 3 M’s of Motivation are outlined.
